My eye has been twitching for about a year now. It started on the left side, but for the last few months, it’s moved over to the right. I've also noticed my vision isn't quite what it used to be... my eyes get tired and they sting sometimes. My job requires me to stare at a computer screen for eight hours straight 🙄 so I keep telling myself I probably just need a new pair of glasses. But after reading everything online, I'm starting to spiral. It could be anything from an inner ear issue to serious neurological stuff like MS. Has anyone actually dealt with this before?

Is it an eye twitch or just eyelid spasms😕 ?

If it's nystagmus, you'll notice the twitching when you look to the side—like when you're following a moving object. It could stem from anything from simple fatigue and eye strain to more serious underlying conditions...
