Any athletes in here who can point me toward a place for a more thorough physical assessment?
I’m planning on ramping up my training intensity pretty soon, so I want to know exactly where my baseline is right now.

I don't mind paying for a private session or seeing someone off-the-books... whatever works.

Thanks!

I’m looking for a complete workup—everything from heart rate monitoring and stress tests to resting EKGs and echocardiograms. Basically, I want to go all out. I checked out Madison Square Garden, but they didn't have most of what I needed, and it seems like they mostly cater to pro sports teams anyway.

I think I'll head over to Mayo Clinic instead.
Thanks, guys!

Thanks, everyone.

ULIGAMENT, you definitely should go to Madison Square Garden—specifically see those great people working with Dr. Bućan. He’s the doctor for our Olympians and top-tier athletes. Their clinic is open to the public, too.
