Retroverted uterus: What to expect?

I just realized I’ve been consistently misspelling "motherf***er" 😳 🙂

About 90% of women have an anteverted uterus, while the other 10% have a retroverted one. It's completely irrelevant when it comes to getting pregnant. It's like how most people are right-handed, but some are lefties. I personally have a retroverted uterus, and I got pregnant easily all three times.
As for the "protecting the cervix" comment, she was likely referring to the fact that you don't have HPV or any inflammation. She was basically telling you to practice safe sex...

So how am I supposed to move after sex? I can't figure out if I should do the legs-up-in-the-air thing or just flop onto my stomach.

So, everywhere I look regarding a retroverted uterus, the conversation is strictly limited to whether you can actually conceive. It’s all about fertility. But does anyone else deal with painful intercourse—like, genuinely impossible sex—because of the intense pain that probably stems from this? I haven't had anyone confirm this 100%, but I’m starting to suspect that’s the main issue here.

Do you guys just... not get any abdominal pain? Or maybe ovarian pain because of the positioning?
And the worst part is the feeling that there isn't really a fix for it.👎

Has anyone else here actually dealt with painful sex related to this?

And apparently, having ovaries positioned like that isn't even all that rare, I guess. 🕺

I don't think it has anything to do with getting pregnant at all, 🙂maybe it's just one of those things.

Well, I also have a tilted uterus, but it was an absolute struggle for me to conceive both times.
My OB-GYN keeps mentioning that my uterus is kind of stuck against my lower back, and I guess that might be making things a bit more difficult when it comes to getting pregnant.
