Hold up, we’ve already had two whole pages of people trying to help you out here, and you haven't even bothered to pop over to a CVS or Walgreens to grab a pregnancy test? Like, seriously, just spend like $10 to rule that out first! 🙄

Start there since you can totally handle that from your own couch. Once you know it's not that, go see your primary care doctor to get the ball rolling. Just be upfront with them—tell them you've lost some weight recently and that your periods have been super light and late. Ask them to run a urine culture and check your thyroid levels too.

I wouldn't even know where to start with you; I'm not an expert on this stuff. Once you're done dealing with this absolute nonsense, just take a test or go see a doctor.

Emily Thompson said:Last month my cycle was late by four days, and now this week too. I am honestly at a loss; I have never experienced such a long delay before.🙄

As for me, my last two cycles arrived precisely every 33 days, which is something that has truly never happened in my entire life.
Usually, the timing would be all over the place—one time after 65 days, then 43, then 52, then 32, then 57, and so on...
But now, for two consecutive times, it has been exactly 33 days.
I find myself caught in a bit of a dilemma: should I be celebrating because my body might finally be finding a steady rhythm, or should I be genuinely concerned about this sudden shift?
