We’ve already gone around in circles on this topic, but I’ll say it again.
In my view, those "people" are essentially mentally unstable, plain and simple.
There’s really no point in making broad strokes about vegans or vegetarians right now, because we're dealing with a unique breed here; this conversation belongs in a psychology textbook instead of a debate forum.
