So, here’s the deal. I was diagnosed with an osteochondroma—that’s one of those bone tumors that usually starts showing up around age 25 and just gets worse from there. But I’m only 19, so I’m a bit baffled as to why this decided to pop up in me so early. They already went ahead and removed the tumor, but I’ve still got this noticeable swelling where it used to be. It was located on my right arm, just past the thumb area. I was wondering if anyone might have some advice on how to get that swelling down, or perhaps some recommendations on where I should go to get it checked out properly. For context, I’m 19 years old and living in North Mexico. Thanks in advance for any help you can give.

how long has it been since the surgery? surgical procedures are basically tissue trauma, so it can take a few months for everything to settle down
