I could use some help here.

What does this mean:

1. slightly divided endometrium?

2. cylindrical cervical canal in speculum exam?

3. and what does uterus b.o. imply?

Thanks in advance!

The endometrium is just the lining of the uterus.
The uterus is the womb, obviously. I have no idea what you're talking about.

B. O. stands for "without peculiarities," which essentially means the findings are orderly.

What does it actually mean when they say the endometrium is slightly partitioned? Is that something I should be worried about, or does it just shift around from month to month?

So, my ultrasound report says my left ovary has mixed echogenicity.
What does that even mean? I'm constantly dealing with pain on that side.
The right one looks totally normal in terms of structure and shape... so that one is fine.

What would it mean if a PAD was just two or three numbers?

Hey. So, I’ve got this ongoing issue where fluid keeps building up in my Douglas pouch... it just won't stay away. I had a CA 125 test done a while back—it was at 155.8—then they put me on Medazol tablets and vaginal suppositories. I had another CA 125 checked during treatment and it dropped to 102.5. I went in for a follow-up after that, but the fluid is already back. My latest labs show everything is fine with my hematology. Urine analysis looks okay too, except there's a trace of leukocyte esterase. Then the microscopic sediment exam shows leukocytes at 5-10 WBC (the normal range is 0-2). My gynecologist thinks it might be a bladder infection, but honestly, she isn't even sure anymore... she's been bouncing me from doctor to doctor for two months now. Can anyone tell me what these results might actually mean? I'm still waiting on more CA 125, CA 19-9, urine cultures, and blood sedimentation tests.
