If I could just flee to somewhere warmer when spring rolls around, I’d give anything. Seriously. Right now, I feel like a walking corpse. Just a total wreck, dragging my feet seven yards at a time like I'm pulling lead weights behind me.

It’s totally normal, though—it’s what everyone calls that whole "spring fatigue" thing. Honestly, I’ve been a total zombie lately. Instead of actually getting out there to enjoy this gorgeous weather or taking a walk in the park to soak up some nature, I just end up glued to the TV because I can't find the motivation to move an inch. 😬

Honestly, I feel like I’ve been run over by a semi-truck every single morning, and quite frankly, getting any decent sleep or actual rest feels like an impossible task at this point. As for the state of my nerves after all this, I won't even 👎

Seriously... how can spring drain you? You've got the sunshine, the birds, the clear blue skies...
I don't get it. I enjoy every single minute. I actually look forward to waking up just to watch the sunrise through the window. Winter is what drains me. It’s gross.

I don't get it. I live for every single second of it. I’m practically glued to my window waiting for the sunrise. It's winter that absolutely wrecks me. Just... ugh.

So, there's a tree running right through the middle of this: man and woman?

I absolutely loathe spring!!
It just drains the life right out of me. I’m constantly popping Centrum, Vitamin C, Calcium... all that stuff keeps me going for a minute, but once that spring sun starts beating down on my head, there's no saving me. I'm just completely wiped out.
Blessed winter!! 🙏

Spring always leaves me feeling wiped out, but honestly? I hate summer even more. This mild winter just isn't helping.

Spring is honestly the best thing ever, and even though there’s always that little bit of seasonal fatigue hanging around, the second I hear the birds starting to chirp and see all that bright green popping up under the warm sunshine... that tiredness just completely vanishes and I feel like I'm running on pure adrenaline.

I feel my best during the winter months—it’s why I tend to relocate to colder climates. Spring always seems to completely drain me. Honestly, I feel like I'm running on empty. It just seems that as I get older, everything becomes increasingly difficult.

Winter just drains me...that relentless grayness and the biting cold...spring, on the other hand, is something I actually enjoy.

I absolutely live for springtime. Honestly, after dragging myself through a long, brutal winter, everything just feels better the second spring finally hits.😁 😁

Man, this absolutely wrecked me. 😁
I’m dead. The sun is blazing, birds are chirping, everything is blooming 😍 and I just want to SLEEP 😁

God, that’s just gross... especially if you’re dealing with allergies on top of everything else.

I love spring because it feels like nature is finally waking up; I find joy in every single new leaf turning green. But, I have to admit, it’s getting harder and harder to handle
Mayo Clinic
I take Centrum, but I’m still exhausted. I run out of steam instantly, my heart races, I sweat excessively, and sometimes the headaches hit. I lose my cool way too easily...

Every single spring up until this year, I felt like I was literally dying. Don't get me wrong, I love the season—I love seeing everything bloom—but it used to drive me absolutely insane. My blood pressure would tank, my heart rate would be bottoming out, and I just felt totally useless. Like, I wanted to do everything, but my body wouldn't let me. But this year? It’s been a total game-changer. Okay, maybe calling it a "miracle" is an exaggeration, but for the first time ever, I am actually *enjoying* spring. I’ve dropped 26 pounds and I feel like a brand-new person. I’m falling in love every ten minutes (with my husband, obviously, though after 13 years of marriage, that's saying something!), everything smells amazing, and I'm just bursting with energy. I’m taking my Centrum every single day, because honestly, who knows if we'll ever get another spring quite like this one!

Magnesium helps. Get the effervescent tablets. 👍
One a day is plenty; even if you overdo it, your body just flushes the excess out through your urine.😁

Just one a day does the trick. Even if you overdo it, your body just flushes the excess out through your urine.😁

Must be nice if it actually works for you. I take it, but it does absolutely nothing. I just end up feeling sluggish and totally wiped out all day.

It’s not exactly a miracle, but for the first time ever, I’m actually enjoying the spring. I lost about 28 pounds and feel like a new person. I’m full of energy, everything smells amazing, and—weirdly enough—I’m still head over heels for my husband after 13 years of marriage. I’m taking my Centrum every day because who knows if next year will be this good!

It will, provided you maintain your weight 👍 and a decent attitude. Most of what she mentioned is just mental. As for the fatigue, you need to eat properly and nutritiously all year round, not just when you start feeling the fallout from a bad winter diet.

What a shame. Try this:

Velcro - Burdock root
Calendula - Calendula flower
Mallow flower - Malvae flos
Yarrow herb - Millefolii herba
Chicory root - Cichoriae radix

Mix them into a tea, or just pick up some Alersan tea (made by Suban)
