Personally, I wouldn’t say my diet is anything to write home about. Every morning at school, I usually just grab a quick sandwich made with cheese, salami, and a bit of ketchup. For lunch, it’s typically a mix of fries, beans, peas, spinach, and chicken—most of the time, anyway. When evening rolls around, I tend to stick to sandwiches with various teas or creamy spreads, and so on. To wash it all down, I mostly stick to milk, water, or those store-bought multivitamins juices you see everywhere.

I've been trying some changes lately, and my digestion is actually working way better 👍
—for as long as I can remember, things were always irregular and I just felt nauseous all the time.
Now, that's mostly gone.😍

I eat tons of fruits and veggies (even though they aren't really my thing), but I have fruit every day. I stopped eating processed or smoked stuff entirely, zero alcohol, and I'm trying to stick to as many whole grains as possible...
Cutting out sweets and junk food was tough—I haven't totally quit them, but I've managed to keep them to a bare minimum.

I’ve been on this UN diet for seven days now, and I have to admit, my nutrition is significantly better than it used to be. There was a time when I could sustain myself on nothing but a single hot dog slathered in mayo all day long... honestly, it was disgusting. That habit is exactly how I ended up at 147 pounds. Thank God I didn't hit 235!
It's my first time attempting a regimen like this, and it feels as though my brain chemistry has shifted. I don't feel like anything is missing, yet before every single bite, I find myself questioning if I actually need it in the first place...

cosmiccanyon15, sorry—just curious, how much do you weigh? Given your height, you really move... 😬

I make sure to hit all three food groups at specific intervals during every meal.
Breakfast, lunch, a little snack, then dinner before hitting the hay. That's the routine.
My weight's been rock solid for two years now—no bouncing back and forth.
Used to eat just once a day, and man, I could never get full enough.

That diet isn't doing your brain any favors. 😁

I’m about 6'0" and only clock in at 143 pounds. To hit what most would consider an ideal weight, I’d need to pack on another 18 pounds, which—let’s be honest—is going to be an uphill battle.

I don't touch deli meats or canned spreads, I steer clear of pork, and I make an effort to get enough dairy in my diet—plus, I eat just about any fruit or veggie you throw at me. Oh, and I don't do soda.
All of that would be perfectly fine if I wasn't constantly overloading myself with refined sugar from chocolate bars, cookies, and all those processed sweets. 😢 Honestly, I just can't seem to quit them. But hey, whatever helps you sleep at night—I managed to balance everything out enough to hit my ideal BMI. 😛

Not a chance. I have zero interest in spending my days surviving on nothing but crackers and carrot sticks; sure, maybe it might squeeze an extra few months out of me, but... honestly, I don't smoke, I don't drink, and I don't touch drugs, so what's the point?

I’m probably one of those rare people who actually avoids fast food 😎

Living on sandwiches just isn't my thing... I tend to lean toward fruit yogurt with granola or maybe some chocolate soy milk... oh, and plenty of chocolate 🙂 which is usually my go-to breakfast

For lunch and dinner, I mostly stick to things like spaghetti, fish, veggie lasagna, or some seeded bread...

Though I have to admit, I'm pretty picky when it comes to fruits and veggies; there aren't many I actually enjoy 🙄

I make sure to eat at least four times a day—three main meals and maybe one or two snacks... I never skip a meal because if I go even a few hours without eating, I start feeling lightheaded and shaky...

I’ll be the first to admit my diet is a total disaster, but hey, I’m fully aware of it—and yet, I haven't changed a single thing! I am basically eating non-stop, and since I’m living at the dorms for college, it’s almost always fast food because it's the only thing within reach. Not to mention my sugar addiction; I think I’d actually pass out without sweets... plus, I don't exercise at all. I'm pretty terrible at this.
I guess there's no real motivation to change when I'm only 5'5" and 105 pounds, and still have my belly button pierced... but maybe I should consider it just for the sake of my health. 😲

I used to live for junk food—it was my absolute happy place. Honestly, weight was never even an issue for me back then. But after dealing with some serious liver issues, I’ve basically broken my addiction to all that processed stuff. And let me tell you, I genuinely don't miss those greasy deli meats or whatever else you'd call "unhealthy" food. If someone had told me a few years ago that I'd end up preferring veggies over a steak, I would have called them insane. But here I am, and I can barely believe it myself: I went from being a total foodie to practically a vegetarian. And honestly? I feel great.😁

I’ve been doing the UN diet for a while now and honestly, the clean eating part is great... I used to be a total disaster with fast food—just constantly overeating and packing on the pounds. Now? I feel amazing.
