My bones are aching in that way that feels just like when you’re coming down with the flu—it’s not exactly an unbearable level of pain, I guess,
but man, if I get hit with a fever on top of this whole body ache thing, I'm done. I actually went to see a rheumatologist about it once, but she basically just suggested I go grab some of those custom orthotics or whatever
they call them for your shoes (since I have flat feet).
Or maybe I'm just being extra sensitive because of the change in seasons?
Has anyone else dealt with anything like this?

Didn't you get your bloodwork done? I’ve been dealing with arthritis forever—some days are better than others, and the weather changes always mess with me—but honestly, as long as I stick to physical therapy, stay moving, and take meds when needed, I manage.

What kind of specific labs are we talking about here? I mean, I already went in for a standard CBC and everything came back totally fine.

Those rheumatoid factor tests—or whatever they call them these days.
