Where can I find organic coffee around here?

A friend of mine isn't doing too well, and he heard that a specific type of coffee mentioned in the title might actually help with a procedure he needs. I guess I didn't realize stuff like that even existed since I don't really drink coffee myself, and I haven't been able to find it anywhere here in Cleveland. I was wondering if maybe someone on the forum could explain what this is all about and, if it's possible, where I might be able to pick some up here in the US?

Organic coffee basically means beans grown without all those nasty synthetic chemicals. You can barely find the stuff in any local grocery stores around here, but honestly, what kind of massive difference is it actually going to make? 😕

It feels like whoever came up with this item didn't really think it through...

Thanks for all the input, everyone. Guess I'll just try to find it online then. I noticed it's available overseas, but I figured it might be a common thing here in the States too.
About that procedure, I’m talking about a coffee enema. Since I work in the food industry, I didn't want to kill anyone's appetite by being too graphic, so I kept the text light. A few people I know recommended it, and I've read quite a bit online about how it helps with liver detoxing.

Supposedly, it’s used to tackle all sorts of cancers. We're talking about a technique that’s been around for centuries, now resurfacing as a staple in certain alternative medicine circles. I was just falling down a rabbit hole reading about it online...

Then you hit the other side of the argument, where people are practically screaming that the whole procedure is a total scam. They're asking: an enema? With coffee or without? Honestly, there's enough controversy here to keep someone busy digging for a while if they really wanted to find some substance...

Anyway, just Google "coffee enema" if you want to see what I mean.
