Biofarm's aloe vera gel—you can find it at Walgreens... I swear by it! I use it all over my body and my skin feels totally reborn—it’s not greasy at all, just super hydrating. You seriously need to try it!🙂

My skin used to be incredibly flaky—honestly, it was almost like having dandruff, if you know what I mean... just constant peeling everywhere. I don't know, all those heavy, greasy products didn't really do much for me, but these ones actually worked, so now they're my absolute go-tos!
Especially that L'Oréal line; in my opinion, nothing else even comes close!👍

I know the texture can be a bit tricky, but personally, everything I put on my skin just absorbs right in...
L'Oréal is a little pricey for me to be playing around with if it doesn't even work for my skin type.
Are you saying that Dove stuff is actually good? I might give it a shot... does it spread easily enough?

It’s not super flaky or anything, but my skin feels really tight. Plus, I’ve got all these tiny little bumps on my hands and legs, and the skin just feels super thin in those spots...👎

For me, personally, I don't really get that tight feeling—though, to be fair, I wouldn't even know what that feels like on my legs lol—but it definitely gets itchy.

Honestly, Dove is such a dream to apply—it has this lightweight, watery texture that just sinks right into your skin, leaving everything looking incredibly fresh!
It’s seriously impressive. I’ll admit, I was pretty skeptical that something so affordable could actually deliver results when my friend first recommended it, but wow, was I wrong!
Just a little tip, though: try not to swap products constantly, and don't overdo the application, otherwise your skin might never feel truly hydrated. Also, please—avoid using scalding hot water in the shower; stick to lukewarm instead. It makes a world of difference!

I mean, I’m all for using creams and moisturizers—but doing it after a cold or even lukewarm shower? Not happening for me.
A steaming hot shower is basically my version of heaven.

Look, I think you’re making a bit of a mistake here! It’s not that you need to stand under lukewarm water every single time, but you definitely shouldn't be scalding yourself under a steaming hot shower either. Honestly, that might be exactly why your skin is acting up. You take a boiling hot shower, then step out into air that's much cooler than the water, head into a bedroom where the heater has completely sucked all the moisture out of the air, and then eventually step outside into the crisp cold... and there you have it. It's a recipe for disaster, really! 🙂

I’ve got water sitting in my radiators, though honestly, it doesn't even feel cold in the house 😬
my skin gets super dry—but it's only on my legs, from the knee down to my ankles.
Still, I can't help myself when it comes to steaming hot showers. (It's funny because I don't even use hot water in the summer, yet my legs end up feeling exactly the same way)

Just circling back on this in case anyone missed my previous post—has anyone here actually tried that Garnier red tube moisturizer for dry skin?
