Running tracks!

Could anyone give me some pointers on where to pick up a treadmill and which kind I should look for?
I’m looking to buy one, but I honestly have no idea where to start. 😕 I’ve noticed them at places like Target or Mall of America, but I’m not sure if they’re actually any good. I don't need anything high-end or pro-grade. I just need something foldable since my apartment is pretty tight on space 😠 and something that won't fall apart immediately. 🙂
