So, here’s the deal,
for a few years now, my hair has been falling out aggressively. I’ve seen doctors—honestly, I’ve lost track of how many specialists I’ve cycled through—and I’ve tried all the standard stuff without much luck (Minoxidil, Finasteride, you name it). My hair has thinned out terribly, and the situation just seems to get worse by the day. Every morning, there's just less of it left.

Basically,
my scalp is in really bad shape. I'm dealing with severe seborrheic dermatitis (and maybe something else going on too) that absolutely spirals out of control if I miss even a single dose of my treatment. When that happens, the hair loss is honestly indescribable. My scalp feels pathologically unhealthy (!!). I've thrown everything at it, and my only "win" so far has been getting the seborrhea somewhat under control—which helps keep the shedding from being total carnage, but it's still way more than it should be.

So, I wanted to ask: has anyone heard of, or experienced, any kind of therapy that actually works? Or better yet, does anyone know a true master of scalp health—a specialist, a top-tier dermatologist, or even an expert herbalist anywhere in the States who can handle a specialized case like this? I just need someone who actually knows what they're doing.
I would truly appreciate any help. Seriously, every single piece of solid advice counts right now.😳

Basically,
My scalp is a total mess. The seborrheic dermatitis (or maybe something else entirely) goes haywire if I miss even a single dose of treatment, and once that happens, the hair loss is indescribable. My scalp feels pathologically unhealthy (!!). I've thrown everything at it—the best I've gotten is managing the seborrhea, which keeps the shedding slightly less intense, though it's still way more than it should be.!

So, I'm wondering if anyone has heard of, stumbled upon, or actually dealt with any specific therapy? Or maybe you know a true master—an expert, a wizard, a specialist—who can actually fix scalp issues (a doctor, a herbalist... honestly, anyone in the US who can help with a case this weird)??!
I'd appreciate any advice, seriously, every little bit helps.😳

It's a testosterone issue. The seborrhea is just a result of your skin overproducing oil. As far as I know, nobody has invented a magic bullet yet, so you might as well stick to what your doctor prescribed—they usually know better than us anyway. Besides, it's not the end of the world when you're a guy; you can always just shave it off. Women don't have that luxury. If I hear about some breakthrough, I'll let you know... take care.

Did you ever get that kidney checked out?
(not that I'm trying to be a pain here)
