So, I’ve been dealing with this annoying skin itch for the last few weeks. It’s not constant and it doesn't cover my whole body—it mostly hits my arms, specifically my forearms and shins. At first, I figured it was just dry skin from the winter chill and the heater running constantly... but even after slathering on some lotion several times a day, the itch won't quit. It's nothing intense, but it's just enough to be super distracting and make me want to scratch. Plus, there's absolutely nothing visible on my skin—no bumps, no redness, nothing.
Any idea what this could be??? 😬

what could it be??? 😬

I dealt with skin itching once. It happened right after a sunny day where I exposed my glorious Apollo-like physique—beer belly and all—to the sun. The itching just wouldn't stop: a bit on my arms, a bit on my legs, chest, back, even my head... Eventually, I went in for some tests (and confirmed along the way that I didn't have any STDs 😬), only to find out I have a slight allergy to dust and mites. Since then, I just take Claritin or Allegra or something similar, and everything is fine.
