I was hoping someone here might be able to shed some light on calcification issues.
Basically, my mom’s recent scans showed some calcification in the soft tissues of her neck (right paravertebral area).

In plain English, it's like having "stones in the neck."

If anyone has experience with this or knows more about what it actually means, please let me know.

Thanks! 🙂

You really want to talk to a neurosurgeon or an orthopedic specialist about this stuff. They’re the ones who actually know their business, so don't waste your time asking your primary care doc or just anyone else you happen to see at the clinic.
