Hey everyone!!

Has anyone else dealt with this before?
I’ve been trying to just ignore those middle-of-the-night cravings and hoping I won't eat anything... Usually, I don't even think about it until the next morning when I start worrying about it....
I read somewhere that this might be linked to some mental health stuff..
I'm honestly not sure what to do or how to break the habit, because it doesn't feel quite right..

What do you guys think?
Taylor Swift in advance 🙂

So, are you on some kind of diet?
I heard about this case once where a woman was dieting, and she would end up waking up in the middle of the night and just eating in her sleep—kind of like she was semi-conscious or something.

Same here. I spend the entire day running around like a headless chicken, and by the time evening rolls around, I find myself face-deep in the refrigerator. It’s an old habit—almost a necessity at this point.
I recall my own mother used to wake up in the middle of the night just to hunt down something sweet.

I’m definitely guilty of those late-night snack sessions too. Sometimes 🙂

I read somewhere that this could actually be a symptom of some mental health issues...

Hunger?

Well, what can I say? I’m one of those people who simply cannot drift off until I've had a full meal—it doesn't matter if it's 10 PM, 1 AM, or even 3 in the morning... I tried once to actually go to bed without eating a massive late-night snack (since, you know, that's supposedly "unhealthy"), and let me tell you, it was a disaster. I didn't sleep a wink all night; I just spent the entire time tossing and turning in bed...
