Ugh 😠

I've been dealing with some mild stomach and gut issues for two weeks now... whatever it is. Anyway, this started back last year with intense stomach pains, and I honestly thought, "Oh crap, did I get salmonella again?" But I don't think so, because I've been stuck at home for two full weeks already. Last year, it was over in three days 😁

Now, it’s different. My stomach feels fine all day, then suddenly it hits me so hard I have to bolt to the bathroom. And while I'm sitting there, I'm passing so much gas that even I can tell my metabolism is totally out of whack... like, how much CO2 can one person produce?

Once I finally empty out, everything goes back to normal and the pain vanishes. Then, about ten hours later, it all starts over again. It’s just constant cycles. The symptoms aren't debilitating since I usually feel okay otherwise, but I really just want to get rid of this crap.

What could this even be? 😒

What have you been eating lately, honey?
Some unwashed salad? πŸ™„

You sound like you’ve got a petri dish of amoebas living in your head 😬

Sounds like you've got an amoeba farm in your gut😬

I honestly don't know if it was washed or not since I didn't make it myself😒

It’s been two weeks... I have no clue when or why exactly this started happening. I doubt it was those homemade kebabs from the deli. Oh, and my stomach started hurting after I sat right in front of the AC vent πŸ˜•, maybe I just caught a chill in my gut or something, who knows😒

What is wrong with you? Stress does serious damage to your digestive system πŸ™‚

Get lost! 😈 (You don't know what you're talking about, you're just messing with people)

If what you're saying is actually true, go grab some Lineage at a drugstore. It'll fix things upβ€”it worked for me. β˜•

Just look at his posts... man, you'll get it pretty quick. 😬

Arthur Barnes, man, that’s some real mozzarella and apple nonsense right there.

I've been feeling pretty stressed out the last few days... but honestly, I've dealt with way worse stress for much longer without it hitting me like this. So, I don't think it's just nerves. It feels more like some kind of bacterial infection or something...

Actually, let me fix my first post: it wasn't 10 hours, just 5... 😒

I'm not kidding around, dammit... πŸ™„

That’s irrelevant. I’ve handled massive amounts of stress before without any issues. Over the last two years, my digestion went completely sideways, eventually leading to full-blown gastritis. You should consider that it might actually be bacteria.πŸ™‚

just a bunch of idiots πŸ™„

It’s not my fault if people aren't smart enough to tell when I'm joking versus being serious. Can't fight stupidity...

Thanks for the help, everyone. Feeling a bit better after some beer and tea. πŸ‘‹

I’ve been on this strict diet for a few days now to try and get things back on track. Basicallyβ€”no fats, no sugar, nothing spicy... or honestly, just zero flavor at all.😬
Tea, dry toast, pretzels, and a ton of water.πŸ™‚

If things don't start looking better soon, I guess I'll just have to go see a doctor.

Thanks for all the help, guys. Feeling way better now after some whiskey and tea. πŸ‘‹

Honestly, those posts in the food forums are nothing but trolling... you should probably just head over to Reddit, they'll actually get your sense of humor there and think you're hilarious...

Glad to hear that nonsense isn't bugging you anymore. πŸ™‚

You probably just caught a stomach bug or some kind of gut chill.
Anyway, can someone please explain to me why people actually recommend drinking Coca-Cola when you're having digestive issues?

I have no clue why.
But back when my mom was dealing with a nasty boil, she drank Coke every single time. And honestly? She felt better for it.
When I was living on nothing but Coke and Cheetos almost every morning, it actually worked for me.
It works πŸ™ πŸ™
I don't even know why, but it works πŸ™

I heard the whole reason is because it’s packed with orthophosphoric acid, which basically just nukes whatever is causing all those stomach and gut issues we deal with...

Since it’s sweet, the sugar actually helps the gut absorb water faster, which makes rehydration a lot easier... As for the probiotics, I highly doubt they can wipe out everything in your gut. And even if they could, I really don't think they'd be picky about whether they're killing off the bad stuff or the good stuff...
