Drawing on my junk

I've noticed this red line on the underside of my foreskin, stretching from the base all the way up toward the head. Any idea what that could be?

Well, that’s totally standard—it basically just anchors the skin to the head...

It’s totally normal, honestly. No need to stress about it...

I was doing some digging online today and found out they call it a "raphe." Honestly, I didn't notice anything back when I was in basic training, so maybe my medic just missed it or something. But it’s starting to bug me because the line is pretty distinct, and it looks more purple than red.
