I’ve never really dealt with this kind of thing before. Honestly, I used to find it strange whenever someone—usually an older person—complained about weather-induced aches. It was never an issue for me.
But yesterday? The weather definitely did it. It was unmistakable. Sweltering heat combined with that heavy, oppressive atmosphere. Just constant dark clouds rolling in from the west, like a storm was brewing right on top of us. And then, out of nowhere, a headache hit me... man, it was brutal. I genuinely thought my head was going to explode. It felt like those clouds were physically crushing my skull.
The second things cleared up and the sky opened back up, the pressure and the pain just vanished. I felt like a new man.
And let’s face it, this is going to happen more and more often as the climate keeps shifting. How are we even supposed to deal with it?
