there should be a special circle in musical hell reserved specifically for stuff like this...😠 😠

Oh yeah, totally. Total chaos. The world is clearly spiraling into the gutter just because your precious little Arcade Fireβ€”that you're the only one who actually cares aboutβ€”got a bit more mainstream and bruised your ego, aaaaah...

mistypanther said:Alright, I responded specifically to those posts mentioning Arcade Fire and Ferdinand. Good grief. It’s frustrating when someone starts fighting you by default without even reading what you actually wrote.

Man, you could have just quoted the posts you were replying to... how was I supposed to know who you were talking to? πŸ™„

And I am certainly not getting on your nerves. πŸ˜‰

May the most high-quality indie bands stay on your side. πŸ™ πŸ™

If you feel like indie artists haven't done anything wrong to you, you clearly can't stand them. πŸ™

To get back on track: frankly, I don't care if they were in the commercial or not. They need the money. Besides, they aren't even that great of a band anyway. β˜•

Seriously, if you haven't been screwed over by some indie music elitists yet, then you clearly can't stand them. πŸ™

I just didn't feel like quoting.

Oh, please. I absolutely adore those overplayed pseudo-intellectuals who think they're experts on everything. It's just so incredibly sexy. 😬

I find it incredibly attractive when guys constantly moan about being broke, or how they just got dumped, or how they got totally screwed over by ExxonMobil or Apple... you know, those types who act like they just don't give a damn about anything anymore. Those are honestly my favorites. 😬

A lot of the confusion here would vanish if someone just clarified whether this response to the Orange-flavored post is meant to mock Orange or actually agree with him...

1) Would you honestly rather listen to some mindless, repetitive garbage x times a day?

2) Look, I’m just hearing about them for the first time right now, so when their commercial eventually rolls around, I'll pay attention. What's the actual big deal?

Last but not least important: Since when did talent and quality become exclusive privileges for bands that don't get any mainstream exposure? Are they suddenly less "alternative" now? ("altronativni"πŸ‘ ) Just aren't cool anymore?

Personally, my favorites are the ones who have absolutely no life, enough to sit around digging up someone else's posts from three years ago. Are those the best kind? Clearly. β˜•

Wrong, my post quoting Orange has absolutely nothing to do with the one before it. Are you really stuck on that?

So, I once bought some Levi's jeans. Then I saw this ad, and honestly? I just set them on fire. Right in the middle of a cemetery. I was definitely the most alternative kid in my eighth-grade classβ€”can you imagine?

🀣

Look, buddy, do us all a favor and just trot off into the sunsetβ€”or maybe crawl back into whatever half-conscious haze you just stumbled out of.

Some people here are obviously way too polite and composed to let themselves be contaminated by this empty, idyllic space, especially when faced with yet another bitter discharge from your calcified glands.

Or maybe they’re just recoiling from the stench of your crusty insights and that irritatingly stupid outburst of yours?

Personally, I’m not a nasty person, and even specimens like you deserve some attentionβ€”at least on a scientific level, or in this case, a satirical one.

As for those "posts from three years ago," I actually got a URL regarding the 'Rafo scandal' πŸ˜‚ sent to my email with the subject line 'Watch out for this loser.' Maybe that's just prejudice, or an unfair judgment because I can't bring myself to view you as a complex organism capable of actual emotionsβ€”emotions that were truly wounded by the unscrupulous nature of the legendary Rafe πŸ˜•β€”especially since your perfectly appropriate avatar is just a random illustration from a biology textbook, somewhere near the chapter on 'The Origin of Life on Earth.' 😳

So, assuming you've actually evolved since that incident three years ago, why don't you take your circular little shape and just vanish? Do us a favor and practice some homeopathy or whatever, showing some empathy toward your own "self" by sparing us the pleasure of messing with you. 😘

And once you grow another ring or two, maybe even a twig, feel free to come back for another lesson from the 'Manual of De-evolution.'

Oh, look at that. The "ultra-alternative" rebel finally decided to show up.πŸ™ πŸ™ πŸ™

Why don't you just go take a selfie covered in blood or whatever else you're doing? Why can't you just stay "ultra-alternative" and leave us alone?πŸ™ πŸ™

Look, it wasn't exactly rocket science remembering mistypanther's little tangents. There was a time when you couldn't scroll through the Word Forum without seeing him pop up... 😁

So much for actually staying on topic, moderators. I see you've decided to stick your head right back in the gutter. Honestly, it really suits you. πŸ‘

I never actually owned any Levi's before, but I wanted some because of that song "Wear Your Levi's" by Danielβ€”honestly, that track absolutely crushed anything by Juli. Now I’ve got a pair of Levi's Samters because I'm officially an alt kid, yeah!
