Skin rashes/lesions: What could they be?

So, I’ve got these little patches popping up all over my body—nothing bigger than a centimeter or so. They’re basically just these tiny spots that peel a bit, and honestly, they don't even itch. Has anyone dealt with something like this before? I'm thinking about grabbing some John Fogerty ointment to see if that helps. I can't get ahold of my doctor right now, so I figured I'd check here first. Might just be some random allergy or something... It doesn't look super scary or anything, but still, you know? 😕

It’s entirely possible your skin is just feeling a bit parched... you might find some relief by tightening up your diet and staying on top of your hydration levels...

If things don't start looking better soon, I'd suggest scheduling an appointment with your primary care physician...

You could also try using some Vaseline mixed with a 40% strength solution...

Hey guys—so about a month ago, I broke out in these shingles on my arm and they just won't quit. It’s driving me absolutely crazy... does anyone have any tips for some quick first aid? Like, is there a specific cream or something I can grab at CVS to make this stop? It's such a headache... thanks!

This can be treated with corticosteroid creams. Why not go see your primary care physician?
