Alright, grab a pen and some paper:
Take a half-liter cocktail glass and fill it halfway—or even all the way, if you’re feeling bold—with freshly squeezed grapefruit juice. You can go with the yellow kind or the ruby red; honestly, they both have their own little charm. Toss in about three or four ounces of vodka—feel free to add more if that's your vibe—and two sugar cubes. Stir it all up until the sugar dissolves. Actually, I think this would turn out much better if I just tossed everything into a shaker and gave it a good shake, but... well, I don't exactly have a shaker lying around.
Anyway, pour the mixture from your makeshift shaker into a big, colorful cocktail glass. Top it off with Schweppes Bitter Lemon, but don't be gentle about it—pour it in a heavy stream from a bit of a height.
Finish it off by adding some bright straws, little paper suns, and maybe some paper lemon slices for that retro, Del Boy sort of look. 😍
Then, just sit back and enjoy this light, breezy summer drink—the kind you could easily drink by the gallon. 😎
