Here’s the breakdown. Bud Spencer had a bit of a disaster when the strings snapped on two different guitars during two separate songs, leaving them to finish the set without a second guitarist. It was a mess... which is such a shame because they’re actually a fantastic band and wonderful people. They'll bounce back. The Teamsters were seven hundred times better live than they sounded on the cassette; a total wash, especially regarding the drummer. The sound felt off to me, though that was likely just due to my own brain being fogged up from hanging out with Mr. Alcohol—apparently, my friend thought it was great. We ran into some local celebrities (Mrle, Ida Lolobridjid, and Kandzi 😬), then played some Pegboj and Nominsnojara after the show. All in all, a pleasant evening. My only complaints are the theater crowd (only four people doing pogo during Bud Spencer; just Bilos during the Teamsters) and those socialites from the city who showed up acting like they owned the place, only for nobody to actually stay until the end. 👎

Screw that!
Seriously, why don't you just rub salt in the wound while you're at it?

Oh, and yeah, I was actually about to ask if maybe I just hated them personally. I remember when they were hanging out with the Donuts crew and absolutely killed it... so I thought maybe the issue was just me this time around. But clearly, that wasn't it. Fine then. Anyway, I totally missed the whole string-snapping thing and everything else.😳

You missed the tiny detail that Gigo swapped guitars twice, and each one of those breaks lasted longer than their entire set... 🤔
Oh, and here is the #1 comment from the crowd regarding that mess:
1. PUNK WITH STRINGS ON THE GUITAR IS TOTAL GARBAGE! - Kobija
As for me, I’ve only ever experienced Spencer through a demo CD and a live DVD from Bilja, and honestly, they sounded respectable enough there. A real band—I'd even call them professional, if all the members weren't such jokes... 😁
