Is it just me, or is the ocean acting a bit wonky lately? ๐Ÿ™‚ ๐Ÿ™‚

And then there's those moths constantly throwing themselves at streetlightsโ€”honestly, what a nightmare!

Some niche indie group?

I'm heading out. Thanks for asking...

I can't find a single decent photo of my parents' band anywhere online. It's such a gorgeous shot.

I gotta admit, I only know that one chorus everyone triesโ€”and failsโ€”to belt out. ๐Ÿ˜ณ Thatโ€™s why I love it. Nothing beats being drunk as hell at 7 AM by the coast, preferably somewhere out of the country. ๐Ÿ˜ฌ

Personally, I find that "Girl in the Twilight" track just as grating as all those other songs about everything dying and fading away.

What is all this whining even about? It's trivial. I drive my Mini Cooper and Iยดm feeling super-duper!

Man, I honestly thought there was no way theyโ€™d play that kind of garbage constantly in Walmart, but nopeโ€”itโ€™s playing the WHOLE time. I was dead wrong ๐Ÿ™‚. Now, if I can avoid going to that store altogether, I will. Otherwise, I just blast some vrrrrrrrrrrrry loud music in my headphones to drown out the noise while I grab what I need and get out.

Who on earth is singing that garbage?
"Let her wait, let her wait, let dear one wait..." ๐Ÿคฎ
I honestly can't wrap my head around how this junk became such a massive hit. It feels like you can't even find a decent song to drink to anymore unless itโ€™s at least 15 years old.

Is this the one? Google says it's Barun

Let her wait, let my darling wait, let her wait
I waited for her once too, back when she was nowhere to be found

To unexpected one hits differently:

My fingersโ€”they dance, they fly, they soar
whenever you cross my mind and pull me back,
lifting me straight to heaven, all the way to the Himalayas
where the sky meets my love...

I can't recall if it actually happened, but I'm convinced the most moronic lyric ever written in music history is this:

Don Juan and Smokvica
That makes them a pair of two

As far as Iโ€™m aware, a pair consists of two separate entities. Therefore, two pairs should involve four people, rather than just Don Juan and Smokvica standing there alone... ๐Ÿ˜•

So, ๐Ÿ™ ๐Ÿ™ ๐Ÿ™ my deepest sympathies to Don Juan and Smokvica and whoever it was that penned those lines, whether it was Zdenko Runjiฤ‡ or some other songwriter๐Ÿ˜
