I was over at a friend's place recently and witnessed something quite fascinating. He opened a German website in his "Microsoft Edge" browser, and—get this—it translated the entire page into English within just two seconds. He assured me he hadn't installed any extra plugins or anything; apparently, this feature is built directly into the "Microsoft Edge" browser itself. Now, here's the thing: I’ve been using Windows 10 at my own place, and whenever I open various international sites—German, English, you name it—in my "Microsoft Edge" browser, absolutely nothing happens. It doesn't offer to translate a single
thing. I'm honestly stumped as to why it isn't working for me—does anyone happen to know what the issue might be?

Za Windows 10 Microsoft Edge browser : Quote : in The browser:
The user provided an incomplete prompt. Please provide the full text you wish for me to rewrite.translate toSelect your target language from the list. By default, it uses whatever language you have configured for the Microsoft Edge browser. To start the process, just click 'Translate'.translateCheck the "Always translate from [Language]" box if you want it to happen automatically every single time.

Google Translate /slightly modified/:
On the list...translate intoSelect. Language. On which one? You want to translate. The page...
...because otherwise. Target language for translation. The language settings you configured for Microsoft Edge.
To translate a page, just click 'translate'.
If you're always going to automatically translate from the source language, confirm the framework.Always translate from... [Language.]'.

So, if I'm following this correctly,
Or just change the language in the settings. Microsoft Edge The browser in...American...then click as needed.translate'...

...or perhaps... or rather...i!!!Same thing over there. Confirm the framework.Always translate from. [Language.]'.
I don't even get what's unclear about that.Always translate. s ...English? German? French? ...And even then, only if we're talking about that specific case. One.(Specifically, which language?)

But the real headache is that I'm not seeing any option to translate at all.
When I pull up a webpage, there isn't even a prompt or a suggestion to translate the text

Maybe you're running an old version of Edge? Or maybe Windows isn't updating regularly, or you accidentally blocked something somewhere.

If those instructions actually hold water, then a certain page should have been translated automatically the moment you opened it. 🤷
It’s entirely possible that what you’re dealing with actually stems from @fadedorca66.fadedorca66 He wrote it.

Looking for translation quotes. ('Translate this page.') You can get it too, if you want. Regardless of which browser you're using.
Google homepage. In American.: Google

Na Google.us Type "English" into the Google search bar. (or German, French, etc.) Search terms.
Each result will come with an option to...Translate this page.... so instead of clicking the actual result, you end up clicking that.

Example:
People usually know exactly which page they want translated.
Copy the "original" page URL or the article headline. Or just grab a short, specific sentence from the piece and paste it between quotation marks. Google.com Search... then hit the button.Google search.'.

Go to Settings, locate "Languages" on the right-hand side, and click it. You should see something similar to this: https://prnt.sc/k1EdpTaiBGSq. Enable the option circled in red. Every time you visit a site that isn't in your default browser language (in this case, American English), the browser will prompt you to translate it. I should note that the translation quality isn't always perfect.
Alternatively, navigate to the specific page you want to translate, right-click anywhere on the screen, and select this: https://prnt.sc/5vrVkz8BOUbm. Then, click "Translate to English."

German to English—and vice versa—is a bit of a nightmare, haha. But English to German? That's actually manageable at an intermediate level because the grammar is somewhat similar.
