🤣 🤣 🤣

I honestly don't even know why, but I am actually dying laughing over here...

I mean, look, if the search feature isn't working, then just get rid of it already! And if you can't pull it down, at least put up some kind of notification letting us know it's being fixed, you know, like a little status update from Google or something...
Or, you know, just pin a "sticky" thread at the top of the board titled "SEARCH FUNCTION" that basically walks everyone through how to actually find stuff manually... come on guys, please? Just do it! Please?

Look, if the search function isn't working, just scrap it.

To fix that, you'd have to mess with the actual forum files, which requires someone who actually knows how to code and has server access—and we don't run into many people like that around here.😉

A banner at the top of the forum? People who actually need help will find their way eventually.😁

A sticky thread for people too lazy to check other topics? This one is already at the top of the subforum anyway.😁 Just not locked. Locking it makes no sense, because people are still going to complain and start new threads regardless.

There is a solution. They just need to come and get it.🙂

If you actually need help using the search function, just set it up this way and this is how you query it—rather than waiting until we've all collectively decided it isn't working, only to claim you opened a duplicate thread because the search tool failed you. 😁

You were already aware of this before, I think. 😉

So, once again:

Even the Google workaround isn't doing anything for me. At least not personally. And yes, I am fully aware there shouldn't be a space after the site domain.

Google works just fine for me. Everything's perfect.

Well, here I am—staring right at the very webpage that Google won't actually surface for me. I stumbled upon it by pure accident; if I try to search for it normally... nothing. It just isn't there.

I’m afraid the answer is pretty simple—Google gets paid for every single click, and apparently, the money talks louder than quality... if that isn't the case, they need to fix their search engine, because I have zero intention of using this forum without a functional search tool.

I think you're talking nonsense. 🤣 🤣 🤣

You're free to stop using the forum if you want. 😘

It's not just that I have nothing better to do—it's that I feel forced to be here. This forum is way too massive, and my time is far too valuable to waste hunting for the info I actually need. If you think I'm just talking nonsense, then why isn't the search bar working?

I *HAVE NO CLUE* why the search function is acting up. Here’s what one of the admins had to say about it.

You have the option to search via Google. Use it or don't. I couldn't care less.
