Another announcement is coming

Tuesday, Dec 5th at the Wrong Way, located at 123 Main Street (right where The Swamp used to be)
we're hosting a show featuring:
The Switcher
The band at the Pub

entry is free
if you actually think you're into punk, don't even think about missing this
doors open around 9 PM, probably

I guess maybe it’ll finally happen by the 6th, fingers crossed!
Either way, we’re moving forward 🙂

Is The Switcher Band even still around? 😳 I’ve been telling this one story for years about how they fell apart after one of the members got hit by a train. (I know, not exactly a riotously funny tale, but it makes for a killer story...) So, is that whole thing just an urban legend, or did they actually reunite?

My bad, I got the date wrong, it's actually December 6th.
The Switcher is back together again, though obviously with a different lineup this time around. If you have even a shred of interest in punk, you really ought to show up and check them out.
Sound-wise, they're basically the American version of Social Distortion or The Offspring—I'm not saying they've mastered it yet, but they're definitely chasing that same vibe.

The Switcher Band was pretty garbage back when they were playing at the local club, so we just headed straight for Taco Bell instead. Haha.

I actually thought they decided to name the pizza parlor that used to occupy that space... 😁

Another thing—a member of the band took his life by jumping under a train, and the band itself is called The Switcher, and they play at a venue right next to the tracks... 😵
