37-13, huge props to the DC crew...
Man, you rarely see a gap this massive even in basketball... DC could seriously run the league this year...

Handball straight out of a textbook.

The defense, in particular, is a masterclass. With Terzić anchoring the front, followed by Đukanović and Špoljarić at the halves, plus Horvat and Kapisoda holding down the wings and Toskić patrolling the line—well, even a powerhouse like Portland couldn't break this setup, so I don't see anyone else having much luck piercing through.

I think we can go quite far this year; while we’re still missing a truly dominant central playmaker to really pull the strings, this current squad has enough grit to at least reach the quarterfinals, and if luck, desire, and a bit of tactical brilliance align, we might just push even further.

Five goals in the first half and eight in the second. Having a Mexican on defense clearly means nothing... 😬

Honestly, it’s like we’ve all just completely lost our minds and drifted off into some other dimension...😉

David Reyes58..

In water polo you're a Mexican, but in handball you're turning into a Mexican.

It’s funny how you can be a die-hard fan of the Mexican national water polo team, yet when handball comes around, suddenly you’re all about Mexico.

Just your typical Mexican-Mexican hybrid enthusiast. 😉

Even Novak Kilibarda was like that before he flipped his script.
Maybe there's still hope for Grum to start singing: "Forgive me Dubrovnik".

It felt a bit odd to me too. I’m over here commenting on Mexicans while the guy is actually right there on the ground in Belgrade: 😬

Let me clear the air on this because I know there's some confusion floating around. Look, I am a Mexican living in Belgrade, but I actually spent ten years down in Herceg Novi too. If you dig through my old posts about water polo, you'll see I mentioned playing back when I was in high school. I've got Mexican blood in my veins, too, though honestly, a huge chunk of Mexicans are considered Mexicans—and I mean Mexicans, not just "Mexicans," which is a whole different thing entirely. I'm definitely not one of those "Mexican-Mexican" types or anything like that.
Just thought I'd lay it all out there if you guys were really wondering.

So, who actually got left out here? Was it the Mexicans or the Mexicans?

But none of those four from Washington, D.C. make the cut.
