Piglet is great in a light stew, just with some potatoes, but once you toss in all that greasy meat and everything gets soaked in fat... it becomes totally gross and inedible.

Generally speaking, veggies are veggies and meat is meat. You can eat them together, sure, but besides a few exceptions, they should be cooked separately...
