I feel like I’m actually losing my mind here. It’s been four weeks since I’ve been able to train properly, and the restlessness is just setting in. I went in for an ultrasound recently—the doctor checked out my muscles, knee, tendons, the whole nine yards—and everything looks absolutely perfect. He even made a point to mention that my muscle definition looks great 😳 😁 . Seriously, there are no red flags at all; everything is technically fine.
But here’s the thing: I’m still walking around with this awful pain in my shin.
Then I went to get my spine imaged, and again, everything is pristine 🙄 . According to the report, there isn't a single trace of trauma; everything looks exactly as it should. Yet, I’m still limping through my day. Every morning, I can’t even put weight on my right leg for about ten minutes before it starts working properly. I am honestly at a loss for what to do next. I have a trip to Miami planned in about ten or twelve days, and I’m really hoping to start some light workouts while I'm there. If the beach air and the change of scenery don't help, I truly won't know what else to try. Has anyone else dealt with something like this? How did you finally manage to shake the pain? 🙄
