when I tried to picture it, I actually felt lightheaded—though now I think I'd definitely add Lemmy on bass.

What I would truly love to see—with the same fervor an average Midwesterner might crave seeing Lynyrd Skynyrd or Azur perform—is Big Black.

I also agree regarding Sex Pistols. However, since I’ve had the opportunity to see them live, the novelty isn't quite as overwhelming for me.
Beyond that, I find myself curious about seeing the original lineup of Film, provided they didn't just play tracks from after the Sunshine album (nor anything from that record itself). Then there’s Spinal Tap and The Idols... honestly, I'd give anything to hear Ekvi play again... and I'd love to see The Smiths reunite... among many other things. But if I am forced to choose just one, Big Black is incomparable!

We were basically testing the limits of our own tolerance, then we just headed out after the fourth song by that Canadian band Sonic Youth was playing. They were way too loud, and honestly, we were just getting too old for this. It was a Sunday, too, and we had to be back at work the next morning...

oho, what a groundbreaking take. Here’s my personal top three list of amateur opinions that I just can't wrap my head around:

1. It would have been better if they just broke up.
2. It's actually stupid that they reunited—or they probably won't reunite.
3. I really hope they don't record any new material.

Look, I want CBS, one of my all-time favorite bands, to keep touring for decades and drop a mountain of studio albums, even if none of them touch the high bar set by their early 90s stuff.

I'd also definitely show up for an Eyes Adrift reunion because that album was solid and had some real soul to it.

Look, if Television couldn't even pull off a decent live set—like when Verlaine stops halfway through a song just to ask the rest of the band what they're actually playing—then I don't care who they'd even bother going into a studio for. Recording something like that would be pointless. That's not an opinion; it's just a fact.
