Georgia Hubley? Please. As if she matters..

@Karen Doyle2/">@@Karen Doyle2 why wasn't I mentioned?.. 😬

I only heard i.g.luigi once—if you don't count eavesdropping in the hallway 😁—and they are perfectly good enough

The issue isn't just needing more drummers than just a laptop; we need more actual female drummers😁

If we are discussing the same concrete eyesore that is nearing its end, then I hear you.

It looks like someone brilliant decided to mess up an S-class at 11:00 PM, and people have understandably lost their patience. I guess you really can't blame them.

Right, obviously. It’s going to bother them regardless of the hour.

Whatever. We'll see what the inspector has to say about it. I already know who won't be missing me: that security guard at the gate. He’s a total Bush clone.

Man, that absolutely floored me... honestly, it’s the kind of stuff you wouldn't even let a girl in a drum corps touch, let alone drink. Anyway, I'm gonna go ahead and dive into *Spirited Away* real quick while it's still playing.

There's this drummer named Hilary Binder playing for Sabotage...and then you've got the untouchable Kat from The Ex...

p.s.
Every time I see a sand dune behind a drum kit, those two girls come to mind...there you have it.

Tell me about it. We have to stick together to survive out here. Just know that I’ve got your back whenever you decide to step outside your own four walls. 😉

I almost forgot Amy Farina, who performs alongside Ian with that "you know who" to create great The Evens music...
Man, she was absolutely livid this past fall in Chicago—poor Mackaye could only shrug his shoulders in pure embarrassment...

MOE TUCKER

Oh, right.
Word is she’s living somewhere in the States now with five kids and some husband, I guess... definitely has plenty of stories to tell them, though.... man, if only my mother had been anything like that... 😁 😎

Some inspector swung by the other morning, I think... now we're just stuck waiting. But honestly, once the shop owner started rambling about insulation costs and all that nonsense...
On top of that, the local driving school just moved out and that dance studio hasn't been open for two weeks. Who knows... we'll see.

...after all that initial drama, let me break it down for you😁

So, last week I finally caught up with that blue-uniformed security guard (super chill guy, by the way🙂 ) and grilled him about that whole "police incident." Honestly, some people on here (😉 ) were already trying to pin the whole thing on me....😁 just because we happened to be hanging around when the cops showed up (even though we weren't making a peep after 10 PM, seriously)

To make a long story short, the guy told me they were just checking out the noise complaints, and someone actually paid the fine (I think it was one of those folks from the other hallway, near the girls' dorms😍). That's literally it... case closed.

But man, for real, there are groups out there who have absolutely zero chill (like playing music until 11 PM and stuff), and now everyone’s gonna get screwed over because of a few idiots.

Then again, if the issue is strictly about volume—well, we might just have to kick the frat boys out entirely!!!
😁

So what's the deal, is playing music against the rules right now or something?😢
