Scrolling through some of the threads on this sub, I can't shake the feeling that we're seeing a massive surge in orthorexia. This isn't just some buzzword cooked up by a doctor to sound important. It feels like people have become genuinely obsessed with "clean living," specifically when it comes to what they eat. But is this obsession actually healthy?

👍 Regarding this topic—we actually had a similar discussion over at Food Network. 🙂

I agree that there’s no reason to take things to an extreme...

I eventually stumbled upon a way to manage everything, so even when I find myself indulging in a massive backyard BBQ or grabbing some greasy burgers and a few beers during a weekend trip, I still manage to keep my weight steady and my health in check. There’s this quiet, incredible sense of freedom that comes from knowing you can eat whatever you want without the inevitable fallout on your body or your reflection, and honestly, that kind of control is worth every bit of effort. 🙂
