Is it just me, or is Yaya actually good?

She was honestly the only singer we had who actually possessed real talent. Plus, she’s stunning—naturally beautiful, too, which is a far cry from... well, some of those others out there who look like they're wearing masks and can barely carry a tune. Good grief.
It’s a damn shame she isn't making music anymore.

That’s the truth! And she even mentioned how she never actually aimed for that level of stardom, claiming she was just singing for the love of it. But then, out of nowhere, you have Ripper (PC&VC) and his son stepping into the spotlight. She even ended up performing two tracks on the new Pips Dogs album alongside her husband. 😉

I don't find her particularly stunning, especially compared to how she looked during those early Jinx days. Now that I see her on RTL, I can't tell if she's actually dim or if the show is just produced that way.

I think Jinx is alright, but I’m honestly kind of obsessed with her voice—just kidding. Look, it sounds good, sure, but she isn't some once-in-a-generation talent. Maybe it's just me, but from what I can hear, I could probably belt out the same stuff myself. To be honest, someone like Kelly Clarkson—or whatever singer I don't actually listen to—has way better dynamics.

I’ve always found it fascinating how such an unconventional group managed to pull in decent paychecks and actually win over the crowd here in America. It’s honestly refreshing. Don't get me wrong, but on stations like NPR—which basically serves the entire country—you’re never going to hear anything with a sound remotely like Jinx. Yet, somehow, they made it work. And Yaya? She was always such a standout. That is, until she married that absolute moron who acts like he’s the center of the universe. He’s insufferable. It’s pretty obvious he had a massive influence on her, too, seeing as she decided to walk away from music entirely. People ask why Yaya works in television now. Well, newsflash: families need to eat. Meanwhile, the idiot probably just sits around at home playing PlayStation, scribbling those morbid, pretentious lyrics during his breaks from doing absolutely nothing...

I honestly think my wife is wonderful, and Jinxi was always top-tier. They really stood out through their unique style and originality, which I believe is vital since everyone here tends to just mimic one another, making it tough to find anything truly authentic...
