I actually got my start back in 1990 with classic karate before moving into boxing, which I still follow recreationally today, though I suppose I’ve always been fascinated by kick box styles—I don't really know where to draw the lines, but I tend to group K1, UFC, and Low kick together in my mind. It’s such an impressive display of skill, and I imagine the courage and training required to reach that level is truly immense.
cro Cop is just incredible.

If I had to pick, I’d say Fedor is my favorite.

P.S. Does anyone happen to know where I can find some legitimate, high-end gear for serious combat sports around the local area?

Fantastic matchups; Werdum is certainly in for a trial by fire here, though I suspect he might fall to Rizzo.

So, I was browsing the UFC website and yeah, they've got him listed as Erikson Werdum there too. Honestly? I think Erikson sounds way more legit than Rizzo anyway. Just feels right.

When I say that, I'm grouping K-1, UFC, and Low kick together.

Look, let me clarify—K-1 is an organization where fighters stick to stand-up rules, like kick box or Thai boxing. But UFC? That's a whole different beast where you're looking at MMA rules—basically everything goes, strikes, wrestling, submissions, the works.
Low kick is just a specific discipline within kick box where those leg kicks are actually allowed.
