So, okay—last month I actually decided to stop taking my birth control pills altogether and switched over to condoms instead (for now, at least, and hopefully for a much more fun 🙂 )

And ugh, everything hurts... seriously, my whole body is just aching! 😲
My ovaries were killing me right during ovulation—and I’m noticing way more discharge too (all this white stuff)—plus there's this weird internal pain, too. I can't quite pin down which organs are acting up, but based on where it hits, I'd guess it's around my liver or kidneys area.

On top of that, my breasts are swollen, a little red, and super tender... Should I try massaging them with something?

Has anyone else gone through this before?
I actually went to see my OBGYN (did an ultrasound and everything) right before I made the switch, and the doctor said everything looked perfectly fine...

What should I do? Is there some kind of tea or something that might help my body find its balance again? I just really want this pain to let up.
Exercises? Diet changes? Anything at all?

hold up, what was even going on with you before you started the pills? like, were you dealing with these same kinds of issues or something similar back then?

because my stomach felt way better once I stopped, you know, like with my ovaries or whatever else is going on down there... it’s the exact same thing as when I wasn't on them, back when I was younger.

I’ve been through this exact same thing a few times, and honestly, it felt just like what you're going through right now...
If your doctor gave you the all-clear, then you’re fine. Seriously.
That pain you're feeling? It's probably just because your body is used to a specific hormone level. Now that things aren't as consistent, your system is basically just trying to find its balance again...
You'll start feeling much better as time goes on...
It actually took me a full year before I finally felt like myself again...
And even now, my periods are still a total nightmare. I can feel the ovulation and everything else...
But I don't bother with pills...
Don't sweat it.
