How do I check which version of Internet Explorer I'm using?

Just open up Internet Explorer, hit the help menu on the toolbar, and click "About Internet Explorer." That's all there is to it.π

Well, he doesn't have anything listed under version either. π
Nothing. So, I guess just reinstall Internet Explorer... if you really absolutely insist on having IE and needing it to show a version number. π

Why do you even care which version you're running?π
Just dump IE
Grab Opera, Netscape, or whatever else works for you...
Enjoy life.π

Because some kid on a blog told me to reach out, so I messaged them saying my setup is acting up, and theyβre asking which OS and IE Iβm running. But the damn thing doesn't even show me that info. It's driving me nuts.
If I just reinstall IE, will this whole mess stop happening? Right now, the Content Advisor keeps popping up constantly, blocking me from everywhere. I have to disable it over and over again because the settings just reset back to the worst possible restrictions. I can't even open pages without a rating, yet the damn thing just turns itself back on automatically.
And how do you even reinstall IE?
I'm such an idiot. Thanks a lot. And seriously, I'm not kidding about this Content Advisor crap. I'm not creative enough to make up a lie like that.

You don't really need to be using Internet Explorer, so I guess you might want to pick> Mozilla / something similar to Internet Explorer
Opera / personally, I think it's better designed and cleaner
