Say whatever you want, but make no mistake—this is currently a straight-up showdown between Red Bull Racing and Ferrari. As far as I can see, Mercedes isn't even in the conversation yet...

He had less fuel in the car, and that was only his second push lap. Meanwhile, Verstappen already did one flyer before heading back to the pits. Verstappen still has plenty of pace left to unlock, but yeah, he’ll be right there—maybe within a tenth or two.

Man, if we actually got a showdown between Red Bull Racing and Ferrari for the title, it would be such a massive breath of fresh air for Formula 1... Honestly, even better would be Ferrari versus McLaren, but let's face it, those guys are clearly struggling right now much more than they should.

looks like the Ferrari engine might actually be decent this year—Alfa and Haas seem alright so far

Ferrari’s gonna blow whatever potential they actually have—because, well, it's Ferrari—and if Mercedes-AMG is just sandbagging, someone should give them a medal for being convincing, because they look straight-up terrible.

I mean, it feels like we already know who’s taking the title after just the second practice session, doesn't it? It's kind of wild how obvious it is that Mercedes-AMG is basically done for the season.
