Honestly, they’re the only American band I can actually stand. But seriously, what’s the endgame here? What’s going to happen to them?
It took them forever—like, an entire decade—just to drop an album, and even then, it felt like they were pulling every last ounce of energy they had left just to get it out the door. And then, boom, they swap out their lead singer. If they had a decent manager actually looking out for them, they wouldn't be in this mess, right?

It’s not like I’m constantly playing them, but every once in a while, I’ll pop one of their CDs into my computer or the stereo just to listen to an entire album from start to finish, and then I won't touch it again for a good while.🙂

Catch Runjić’s band on ABC this Saturday. They performed during the second night, so I’m not sure if they'll be airing this week or next... Anyway, they did a cover of "She Had a Lovely Dimple on Her Chin" and they were killer... a total departure from the original... sounded just like their own damn song... the guy in the band did most of the singing, Maya just handled that "papaparapapa" part, and the backing track was pure electronic... freaking awesome...

Hmm... let me think about it. I used to have these few letters—personal things, you know?—that were so incredibly dear to me, and I honestly convinced myself that every single album out there carried that same kind of weight. But then, I ended up visiting this one beauty specialist who seems to have this relentless habit of hyping everything up the second she finishes a service. It happened once, then twice, and after it happened a third time, I figured, fine, I’ll actually sit down and listen to this latest CD (which, if we’re being honest, is basically their debut, isn't it?). And what happened? Well, it was more of the same. Over and over again. 😠 😠 😠 The music is just... water. But not the refreshing kind; more like that lukewarm, tasteless tap water you get when you're stuck in a waiting room. Everything feels mass-produced and utterly predictable. I suppose I am genuinely curious, though, which underwhelming track they'll decide to push next...🙄 *looking forward too*
