.. Just step into it.. until you've completely released your soul... Tae-bo style... just sweat out everything (and everyone) around you... ABT... glutes... abs... do you prefer those high-intensity cardio bursts or the repetitive stuff where the sweat just slowly slides down your back?

Back when I first got sucked into those aerobics classes, I started out doing the classic step workouts set to music. By the end of those ten minutes, you’d be hitting everything—abs, glutes, triceps, biceps, the whole nine yards. Since I had to switch up my routine every once in a while, I gave hi-lo a shot too, which I actually liked, and I even stumbled into Tae Bo a couple of times. Honestly? Tae Bo isn't really my thing. I much prefer the workouts where you actually work for it and get drenched in sweat, which for me is always either the step classes or those hi-lo sessions that mix full-body movements with some yoga elements.

Hahaha, none of them.

I mean, maybe Tae-Bo, just because you don't have to worry about too much choreography...

Pilates, Pilates, and more Pilates 🙏 🙏

I’m not really into those high-impact cardio workouts. I have larger 🙂 so things get uncomfortable

Honestly, jumping isn't really my thing either... most of the girls in my classes are pretty thin and lean. Since they don't usually have much 🙂 to work with, I mostly just end up seeing my own reflection in the mirrors everywhere.

I guess it all depends on who’s leading the session that day (sometimes we get different instructors)... but my favorite is definitely ABT. It feels like you're working so hard you're practically sweating through your shirt... you really push yourself. The instructor checks our posture and neck alignment too, which is great... plus those last 10 minutes of stretching in the dark? Totally solid.

Yeah, Tae Bo... I mean, it’s cool, but my concern is that so much of it probably lacks actual technique and people are just going through the motions without any real form.
I’ve always been more of a solo athlete myself; I usually just design all my own workouts from scratch.
