I was wondering if anyone could point me toward some good spots around the Midwest or maybe near the outskirts of Chicago where I can find some decent, high-quality semi-dried lentils at a reasonable price... and if you happen to know what they’re going for lately, that would be super helpful!

So, I used to grab my lenses (soft ones, obviously) from those super hyped-up boutiques like Smith, but let's be real—those places are just salespeople. It’s totally different from getting them through actual medical clinics... if you know what I mean. Every single time, they’d hand me something different, and I actually ended up recommending them more than once...
Once my allergies started acting up, I headed over to the Mayo Clinic eye center near Central Park. They're actual pros, not just retail workers😉 , and their doctor actually managed to clear up my allergy issues too. I've been getting my lenses there for a while now; my soft ones run about $40 and I swap them out every three months.
Look, I can't speak for the semi-rigid ones, but I'd definitely suggest finding a specialist to buy them from—doesn't have to be some big flashy place, just someone who actually knows their stuff.

My niece gets her contacts at LensCrafters here in the States (I think it's the one in Chicago)
She’s been going there for years and she’s always happy with them. She used to grab the ones that only last a month or three, but lately, she's switched to the extended-wear ones that last about a year and a half. I don't know the exact price point, but quality matters!
