Alexander Thompson said:Man, I'm a mess. My sleep schedule is totally trashed, and on the nights I actually manage to crash... I just feel like a zombie the next day. Everything is so slow...

So you're saying things get even worse from November through like March?
My blood pressure is constantly sitting at 90/70...
And man, once I have my coffee, it's a whole different story...

Man, once I have a coffee, though

Yeah, pretty much... like 100/60, damn. Just finished brewing a huge pot, so my heart's racing a bit😬

Is there any kind of pill for this? Like, how do you even deal with it?
The second that blood pressure drops, the circulation just goes totally south...

Honestly, I haven't the slightest clue. I'm getting up there in years now—guess I've just always been this way, my hands and feet are perpetually freezing 🤷.

I just grab a coffee and call it a day; I suppose I've just learned how to deal with it over time.

Low pressure is way better than high.
Just eat a bit more salt, drink plenty of water, and you're good to go.

Relying solely on coffee—it just doesn't make sense, I guess. You really need that coffee and water combo. Personally, I knock back a coffee first thing in the morning and then basically spend the rest of the day constantly sipping on water.
My symptoms usually manifest as either a headache or just this weird, foggy sensation in my head.

I wouldn't really put it that way—I can still function and get everything done quite normally. It’s more like... I don't know how to describe it, maybe just a fixation in my head. If it starts turning into an actual headache, I have to take a pill immediately, otherwise—well, God help me.

So what exactly do you mean by "fixation"?

I suppose by "obsession," I mean this constant, nagging sensation—it’s like my head feels... off. There's this strange internal occurrence, where I can actually feel my brain. It feels like a balloon.
It’s similar to when you sprain your ankle; you're wearing a brace, so you can technically walk, but you're constantly hyper-aware of that joint—just watching it, making sure you don't aggravate the injury further.

Kind of like when you sprain your ankle—you’ve got that brace on, and yeah, you can walk, but you're constantly hyper-aware of that joint, just terrified you're gonna tweak it even worse.
