Is it just me, or is the "vibe" actually the most important part of a season?

I've been watching a lot of teams lately and it feels like if the locker room energy isn't right from day one, the actual talent doesn't even matter. Does anyone else think a coach's ability to keep players happy is more vital than the playbook itself?
