Every time I boot up my HP Pavilion, the screen just cycles through colors—red, blue, green, white. Does anyone know what might be causing this? Any help would be appreciated!

Do you think you could try booting up into Safe Mode? It might be worth seeing if you can uninstall those graphics drivers from there—just to see if things stabilize once they're gone. That way, we'll know for sure if the drivers were actually the culprit...

If this was happening even before you installed macOS, then we’re looking at a hardware issue right from the boot sequence. I mean, maybe it's just something silly like a loose cable if you're only seeing color shifts, but if you're getting full-on artifacts on the screen, it's probably the graphics card acting up.

Try plugging in an external monitor and see if that fixes anything.
