Does anyone else hate it when a game is a blowout by the third inning?

There is nothing worse than getting hyped for a big matchup only to have it become a total non-event before the halfway point. It feels like a waste of a night when the outcome is obvious that early. Anyone else prefer a close game over a massive blowout?
