Does a win even feel like a win when it's that stressful?

I honestly don't know why I watch these games sometimes; the anxiety of a late-inning collapse is just too much for my heart rate. Even when the starters do their job perfectly, the tension in those final frames is brutal. Anyone else find themselves holding their breath until the very last out?
