I was watching some highlights from a game last night and it really hit me how much the landscape of college athletics has shifted in just a few years. It feels like every time I turn around, there’s some new legislative movement or a massive structural shift happening behind the scenes that completely changes how we view these athletes.

It used to be so simple—you had the school, the jersey, and the dream of going pro. Now, it feels like we're watching a professional league masquerading as a student activity. The tension between keeping things "traditional" and acknowledging the massive amount of money flowing through these institutions is getting impossible to ignore. I honestly don't know if the old model can even survive the next decade of legal tug-of-war.

Do you guys think we’ll ever get back to a period of stability, or is the "student-athlete" concept officially a thing of the past?
