Why wasn't my reported post removed?

Hey everyone! I’m starting this thread because I was hoping to get some clarity on why the post by lonetrucker4 that I reported hasn't been removed. I'm not totally sure if this is how things are usually handled, but I didn't really see another way to ask about this.

Here is the specific post:

The part that really bothers me is: "Zambia kidnapped their children and is abusing them."

I guess I'm just confused because this is in a thread where we aren't supposed to imply someone is guilty without actual evidence or a court ruling, yet somehow a claim that a whole country is kidnapping and abusing kids gets a pass. Maybe I'm missing something!

It’s not an implication, it’s just a fact. Zambia is being abusive—not toward kids (at least we don't have proof of that), but toward eight American citizens—by constantly stalling the legal process, arresting them one day, then resetting the whole thing the next, throwing them back in detention, and demanding more bail because what they offered two days ago isn't "good enough." That’s straight-up harassment.

And those kids? They've been kidnapped. On paper, they belong to these people, they're American citizens, and neither the parents nor any US government officials have any clue where they actually are. That’s kidnapping.

I'm not implying anything here, I'm stating what's happening.

If you go out and say "they're child kidnappers" or "obviously the documents were forged," then you're jumping the gun and prejudging the case.

It isn't being censored; I simply refuse to shut down reasoned opinions. What Joe Biden said is his own perspective, but I’ll be sure to filter out the mindless rambling just for the sake of filling space.
