External hard drive won't mount after a drop

Hey everyone. I’ve run into a massive problem. My 6TB external hard drive took a nasty fall from about four inches up. Now, when I plug it in, the indicator light comes on and I can hear this weird grinding sound, but my computer won't recognize it at all. Is there any way to save my data? 🙄

Sure, you'll have it, but it’s gonna cost you. I’m guessing most of what you've got is just a bunch of pirated movies and shows instead of actually paying for Netflix or whatever.
